In July, following a pre-development contract awarded to Airbus Helicopters and Safran Helicopters four and a half years earlier, the H160M Guépard light joint helicopter (HIL) completed its inaugural flight from Marignane in the Bouches-du-Rhône region. This first flight represents a significant milestone in the HIL program, aimed at modernizing and standardizing military capabilities.
The H160M Guépard helicopter has successfully conducted its initial approaches with a vessel from the French Navy, showcasing its operational readiness and versatility in naval operations.
