Comparing aerial drones to helicopters may not seem relevant, as the capabilities of the former can complement—and even enhance—the latter. However, demonstrating this synergy is essential. This is the objective of the MUSHER project (Manned Unmanned System for HelicopteR), funded by the European Union.
