Since the early 2000s, the Navy has been utilizing the coastal surveillance system SPATIONAV, developed by Airbus under the supervision of the Direction Générale de l’Armement (DGA) and the Service de Soutien de la Flotte (SSF). Deployed across fifty-nine naval signal stations, SPATIONAV enables the detection and tracking of maritime activities.
