Two years after the successful qualification test conducted at the DGA Missile Test Site in Biscarrosse, the M51.3 submarine-launched ballistic missile, equipped with nuclear capabilities, is now operational on all four nuclear-powered strategic submarines (SNLE) of the French Navy’s Strategic Oceanic Force (FOST).
